The question you all have about when is your summer vacation and how long will it be? Well, it is going to be the month of May adjusted for a duration of 5 weeks.
The academic year will be divided into terms. The first term is expected to begin in April 2026 to October 2026 and conclude with the second term from November 2026 to March 2027. For specific dates, check the circular released by the Directorate of Education, Goa that has the detailed information on the vacations, terms and breaks.
The government is yet to decide whether schools will function for a full day with classes till afternoon or follow the shortened schedule like last year where schools will finish early at 11.30 am.
