The breeze of anxiety drifts through the halls
A hush of hard work, a silence that calls.
Students sit, their heads bowed low,
Preparing for battle -mind versus flow
Ink-stained fingers, pages turned.
Lessons revised, concepts learned.
Yet, in truth, it’s but a test,
Of what we grasped, not just our best.
The winds of exam, it whispers and roars,
Lifting the worthy, shaking the shores.
Those who worked hard will find success,
Enjoying the fruits of their progress.
But ships unsteady, sails unsure,
Are going to sink, that’s for sure.
So learn to sail, stay strong and wise,
For hard work helps you rise and rise.
